My daughter learned to bake some delicious tarts at Bigman's Bakery . We go there once a week. Last week  it was Lemon Sponge Cake, Strawberry Vegan Cake and Butter Biscuits.   Tarts - Jam, Jelly, Chocolate, Custard and Cherries, Glazed Apple
